Privacy Policy
EasyWake (“EasyWake,” “we,” “us”) is a sleep alarm service at easywake.xyz. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We collect as little as we can to time an alarm to light sleep.
Information we collect
- Account details. If you sign in, we store identifiers needed to keep you logged in (such as an email address or a provider account id).
- Oura data you authorize. If you connect an Oura account, we receive the sleep-related data you consent to share — typically sleep periods, sleep stages, and related timing — so we can schedule a wake-up during light sleep. We do not request data we do not need for that purpose.
- Device and log data. Standard request logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) may be collected by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use this information to run EasyWake, authenticate you, time alarms, fix bugs, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Oura data for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the product (for example hosting), when required by law, or with your direction. Oura Health Oy provides the Oura data you authorize; their handling of that data is governed by Oura’s own policies.
Retention
We keep connected sleep data only as long as needed to provide the alarm and related history, or until you disconnect your account. You can disconnect Oura and request deletion by emailing hello@easywake.xyz.
Security
Access tokens and similar credentials are stored with access restricted to providing the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
EasyWake is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
